Do you have an old bottle of Fumidil-B, Nosem-X or Fumagillin B stuffed in the back corner somewhere?  Dr. Robert Cramer, at Montana State University, would like to conduct studies on these older formulations and their effects on Nosema ceranae.  Dr. Cramer wants to determine how pure the fumagillin is now.  The original manufacturer sold the patent, if the competitor promised to maintain rigid quality control over the product.  Apparently, there is some question to this.  Send the original bottle or photocopy the label if you wish to keep the bottle.  Dr. Cramer can be reached at 406-994-7467 or 406-994-7468 for more information.
