Net 30 Sample Agreement
And Guidelines

Net 30 Sample Agreement and Guidelines

Any awardee accepted into Seeds for Bees and who purchases seed beyond the 1st or 2nd year award amounts will need to sign a standard Net 30 Seed Purchase Agreement

(Our Sample Net 30 Seed Purchase Agreement can be found here)

If applicants are in their 1st or 2nd year & exceed the allotted free seed allocation for that year, the applicant will need to purchase the balance of the discounted seed & still sign our Net 30 Seed Purchase Agreement.

We are asking growers to pick up their seed if they are within 50 miles of Manteca, CA (if you are further away & willing to pick up seed, this would be greatly appreciated!).

For any seed purchase transaction, a small processing amount will be applied to the order ($9.60; if in 1st or 2nd year and the free seed allocation does not exceed allotted yearly free amounts, no purchase agreement or processing amount is necessary).

-We will batch shipping orders regionally this year to save on freight costs & streamline logistics to ensure seed gets to your doorstep before October 1st.

Awardees will receive seed upon previously-scheduled days that Seeds for Bees reserves the right to establish, like tree or vine orders from your nursery. However, we will make every effort to help accommodate awardees' schedules as much as programmatically possible.
